Monde Eyewear offers free nationwide shipping for all orders. We ship through reputable private courier services to ensure that your products arrive quickly and safely. All items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
2. Delivery Time
We will take approximately 7–15 business days to deliver the product to you. For special-order lenses, the process may take longer, as these lenses are customized for each individual and may involve more complex prescriptions.
- We can begin processing your order as soon as the payment is completed and the correct prescription is received.

3. Change of Delivery Address
If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you can contact our customer service team to change the delivery address. However, once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
