- For prescription changes exceeding 0.50 D, warranty coverage may be limited.
- Exceptions apply for cases involving eye surgery or LASIK.
- Multicoat lenses from brands Dura, HOYA, TOG, Freedom, True 3D, TOG Single Vision, Enhancer, and Progress HD have a 2-year warranty for coating peeling.
- Frame warranty excludes damage from accidents or loss.
- A 50% discount on frames and lenses off the full retail price is granted once per customer during the warranty period for accidental damage or loss.
- For accident claims, please present the damaged glasses as proof.
- For loss claims, a police report is required.
- Frame repairs are not covered if the frame is broken.
- Always present your receipt as proof of warranty from the product receipt date.
- If customers bring their own frames for lens assembly and damage occurs, the company will compensate up to 3,000 THB.
- If customers do not pick up their products within 30 days, the company will consider the order forfeited along with any deposits.
